I reached out to Christy after a health scare which made me realize that I needed to make a lot of changes in order to stay healthy for my family.  Christy has helped me take control of my bad eating habits, and continuously designs workouts that are fun, challenging, and help sweat away all of the stress in my life. In the first eight months training with Christy, I lost an inch in my abdomen and gained 1.25 inches in my biceps!  Christy is inspiring, motivating, compassionate, and very knowledgeable about how to maintain a healthy lifestyle at any age. She has helped me branch out of my comfort zone and try things that I have never done.  In the last year and a half, Christy has become an important part of my community;  I look forward to my workout sessions with her because I always leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and sweaty!

Christy is an excellent coach, trainer, athlete, and friend!  She exudes positivity and great energy!  She has inspired, motivated, and encouraged me to set goals and achieve things that I never thought were possible.  Christy encouraged me to start running in local races beginning with the Cotton Row Run.  She not only planned my training schedule, but she ran along side of me the entire race, assuring me that I wasn’t dying.  She encouraged me to do my first half marathon, and has continued to motivate, challenge, and encourage me every step of the way.  She’s an amazing person that shares her knowledge and love for fitness with every one of her students.  I’ve learned so much from her, and am so thankful she is my trainer and friend.
