Are you a new to running and want to complete your first 5k? Never stepped foot in a weight room and want to get stronger? Maybe you’re a longtime runner and want to better your times or reduce your chances of injury. No matter what you’re looking for, I can help you reach your goals. Monthly coaching plans are customized for each individual person and include lots of communication to keep your program dialed into your needs. We will make sure that you have a complete plan that covers your strength, cardio, mobility and recovery!
Individual and small group training
Feeling lost in the weight room? Don’t know where to start? I will help you define your goals and get you set up on a plan to help you reach those goals! Strength training is vital in maintaining and improving muscle mass, which helps boost metabolism, improve bone density, lessen the chances of injury and make you feel and look more confident and strong! I also coach at Sweatlocal in Jones Valley and would love to see you there! This studio is full of energy and people who are awesome at supporting each other. Yoga for Meatheads
Yoga can help you in more ways that I can even begin to list! As athletes, we tend to have tightness and imbalances that can set us up for injury. Yoga for Meatheads focuses on the things that we need, specifically mobility and flexibility. We also work to improve balance and core strength, as well as clearing our minds. Class is held at Sweatlocal in Huntsville.
Running Plans
NEW!!! I am now offering pre-made run plans. If you don’t need the one-on-one guidance that online coaching provides, this may be for you. I have plans available for runners just starting out or just coming back from injury, training for a 5k/10k, half marathon, marathon and 50k distances. These plans will help get you to the start line ready to rock!
