Yoga is a great compliment to your running routine! It helps improve balance, body awareness, core strength, flexibility and teaches you how to mentally focus. What runner doesn't need that?!?!

The next session of Yoga for Runners begins in September 4th, 2019 and runs for 8 weeks. Class meets on Wednesday mornings from 8:30-9:15 AM at Fleet Feet Sports. Cost of the 8-week session is $60. Drop-in fee is $10 if space is available.
