Yoga is a great compliment to your running routine! It helps improve balance, body awareness, core strength, flexibility and teaches you how to mentally focus. What runner doesn't need that?!?!

The next session of Yoga for Runners begins on October 3rd. It is an 8-week session that meets on Wednesday mornings from 8:15-9 AM at Fleet Feet Sports. Cost of the 8-week session is $60. Drop-in fee is $10 if space is available.

It is an 8-week session that meets on Tuesday/Thursday mornings from 5:15-6:15 AM in Hampton Cove. Cost for the 8-week session is $150 and includes an AWESOME Boot Camp shirt! Registration will open in mid-November.
